GTA content creator GameRoll made his bet on when Take-Two will talk about Grand Theft Auto 6 next.

Why Are Fans Expecting To Hear About Grand Theft Auto 6 Already?
Let’s be honest about this off the bat. A lot of gamers are just being fanboys in thinking they’ll get all the Grand Theft Auto 6 information tomorrow.
We’re talking about a game that’s still seven months away. Some of this is clearly irrational.
Having said that, there is some reasonable argument to hear something about the game in between now and launch.
The main thing is this is such a major release that Take-Two’s investors, and the industry at large, expects some updates.
Some people think that Take-Two would schedule such updates in their quarterly financial meetings. But lest we forget, Take-Two didn’t announce the delay in one of those meetings.
Here’s What GameRoll Thinks
GameRoll made his case on Twitter earlier today:
I predict that the most likely timeframe for new GTA 6 information (which is probably Trailer 3 + Pre-Orders) is the first week of November before the Take-Two earnings call.
Rockstar announced Trailer 1 on the same day as the November 2023 call and Trailer 2 was released the week prior to the one in May.
December was a fluke in 2023 because of their anniversary, had it been a normal year Trailer 1 probably would’ve released in November.
So I can’t see us getting anything that late, especially with the GTA Online DLC seemingly being a pretty big one.
Late November is also possible but my hopes of getting anything this year will drop significantly if we get nothing before the November earnings call.
If that happens I’ll begin to assume they’ll condense marketing from early 2026 up until release.
One Last Joke Response
At the end of this thread, GameRoll made an unserious claim about the moons in November, concluding:
In short November 4th is my locked in GTA 6 news date prediction.
How Likely Is GameRoll Going To Be Right?
Of course, we don’t have any insider information at Take-Two Interactive or Rockstar Games. We’re not in a position to declare we know more than GameRoll at all.
Our only basis for analysis here is how persuasive GameRoll’s argument is. And as we pointed out, Take-Two didn’t announce the delay in a financial meeting at all.
So Take-Two may not necessarily plan their announcements around those meetings at all. We think the real basis will be when Rockstar gets their next trailer ready.
And in this case, we have no frame of reference, no way to study the movement of moons and stars or feng shui, to predict what Rockstar is going to do next.
