There are never any shortages when it comes to rumors, speculation, and leaks in the video game industry. We see them pop up all the time, especially with Grand Theft Auto VI. That game is such a behemoth of a title that years of speculation have created some truly wild fan theories. But, if we dig a little deeper online, some claims for the game have proven true already. Now, more Grand Theft Auto VI leaks from someone who has proven accurate in the past are popping up, giving fans something to ponder.

GTA 6 can’t come soon enough. Everyone is eagerly awaiting the release of this game. Even other publishers are likely to be extremely mindful of when they release their games to avoid getting caught in the shadows of the GTA 6 launch. Thanks to Reddit, we’re finding out that one person who revealed the full names of the protagonists in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto game is now sharing more information.

Take this as nothing more than a rumor, but GameRoll has proven right with their claim of the protagonist’s names. Today, we’re learning that they’ve released new information in a series of messages on Discord. The leaks they are revealing are not story-related, but they have unveiled a few of the mechanics. For instance, a weapon wheel similar to the one in Red Dead Redemption 2 will appear in the trunk.

There is also a character switch wheel that features three selections. You have the option to step into the role of Lucia or Jason and one selection to play as both characters, so you’ll always have a companion. We also are being told that there are no burglaries, but there are a lot of stores and houses. You’ll even find skyscrapers with elevators. While we don’t have any specific story spoilers, they did note that there are five chapters for players to go through.

Again, this is all nothing but rumors right now. We have to wait and see if any of this turns out to be true. With Grand Theft Auto VI not set to launch until May of next year, we might be waiting a little while before we see a new trailer.
