Bethesda has released a new video for its upcoming Fallout 4 expansion, Far Harbor. The new video features some of the game’s developers talking about what players can look forward to in the new story-based expansion. Recently, trophies related to the expansion were leaked.
“Far Harbor is the largest landmass we’ve ever made for an add-on,” said developer Will Shen. “It’s a high-level area full of mystery, danger, and a new conflict between the townspeople, The Children of Atom, and the Synths.”
The expansion’s lead designer Matt Carofano talks about how the new area expands the New England feel of the game with harsher terrain.
In Far Harbor, players take on a new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency, which sends them off in search of a missing young woman. The case takes them to a secret colony of synths living off the coast of Maine.
The expansion is available for $25 individually and is included as part of the game’s $50 DLC season pass, which sold for $30 before a price hike. Previous DLCs include Automatron and Wasteland Workshop. It will be available tomorrow on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
