Jurassic Park Franchise Might Have An Unannounced Game In The Works

Jurassic Park fans, get ready, as another game announcement might be coming our way. This discovery comes from a LinkedIn profile that showcases a few games being developed at the moment. Unfortunately, we don’t have any details, but if you’re a fan of the franchise, this might pique some interest. Hopefully, we’re not waiting too long before they pull back the veil and reveal what is being cooked up.

Thanks to a post on Resetera, we’re learning about the LinkedIn profile of John Melchior, who is the executive producer for game partnerships at Universal. In his post, you will find a variety of projects he’s involved with. Still, interestingly enough, there is a TBA section mentioning some of the Jurassic World and Jurassic Park game franchises.

It’s noted that this section is separate from mobile games. So, we’re getting a look at the AAA gaming section for this IP. While John is noted to be running and managing these game franchises, we’re left wondering if this TBA title will be connected to the modern Jurassic World films or if it’s taking a step back to the more classic Jurassic Park era.

We know that a couple of games are being worked on now. For instance, Jurassic World Evolution 3 is coming out. But we also have a game tied to the earlier Jurassic Park films, Jurassic Park: Survival. You already know what to expect with the Jurassic World Evolution 3 since we have two earlier installments to look back at.

However, Jurassic Park: Survival is a new game set during the events of the 1993 Jurassic Park movie. Players will step into the role of an InGen scientist trapped on Isla Nublar. Unable to evacuate, players will be stuck trying to survive this now dinosaur-infested island.

Again, as for this third mysterious TBA game, we’ll have to wait and see when it gets unveiled. We’re fresh into 2025, so there are plenty of events where it could pop up for its grand reveal announcement.
