Over the weekend, the Reddit rumor mill struck again. As seen in this thread, Forza Motorsport 6 seems to be getting a Nascar expansion pack.
As you can tell by the £ symbol, this leak came from the United Kingdom. The user was willing to share what was on the back of the card as well. The interesting new details that it revealed include a new NASCAR World Tour Career mode, 24 new cars, new Multiplayer events, new display elements “for improved drafting and car spotting”, and a new Homestead-Miami Speedway location.
While the Reddit user was a two week old account, the amount of detail they provided with this rumor makes it more believable than most rumors tend to be. A Porsche Expansion for the game was similarly leaked back in January.
In related news, Forza Motorsport 6: Apex launched on May 6th for PC. It’s a free to play version that removed many of the Xbox One game’s elements, but it’s a promising sign that future titles in the series may have a PC version attached.
