Pick Up Stellaris Steam Copies for 25% Off

May 7, 2016 by Ian Miles Cheong

There are also deals on the Nova and Galaxy Edition of Stellaris, too!

Monday, May 9th marks the big release date for Paradox Interactive’s space strategy title Stellaris. The game has been a top 5 sellers on Steam for over a week, but you won’t need to pay the full $39.99 for a Steam key. In fact, there’s a 25% off Stellaris discount floating out on the net from a reputable retailer.

Today the UK-based GMG has the a coupon code slashing the Standard Edition to $30. Similar percentage discounts on the lore heavy and cosmetically enhanced Nova and Galaxy Editions.

Use coupon: DEALZON25

  • Stellaris Standard Edition (Steam Key) — $30 (list $40)
  • Stellaris: Nova Edition (Steam Key) — $37.50 (list $50)
  • Stellaris: Galaxy Edition (Steam Key) — $52.50 (list $70)

Note: Act fast on the 25% discount. GMG’s coupon code expires on Monday, May 9th at 9PM Pacific. If you catch this after that time try coupon code DEALZON20 for 20% off which we’ve wrote about back in mid-April.

We should also note that Stellaris is still in the pre-order phase, meaning you’ll get the pre-order bonuses. This includes the Creatures of the Void DLC pack, a “Blorg” Paradox Forum Avatar, and your name written on a weather balloon sent into space (unique pre-order bonus we’d say).

The Nova and Galaxy editions shouldn’t affect how the game works, but simply enhance it lore wise and cosmetically. The Nova Edition includes the base game, the soundtrack, and an exclusive Arachnid themed Alien Race that will not come in the Standard Edition. The Galaxy Edition gets you everything in the Nova plus an eBook Stellaris novel, Collector’s Book, and wallpaper.

Both the Nova and Galaxy Editions also have unique forum icons for your Paradox Interactive account. In addition, the Galaxy Edition gets you a unique Forum Avatar. If you use Paradox Forums frequently, that may be the reason to go Galaxy.

Disclosure: Gameranx may receive a small cut from every transaction above.
