Dead by Daylight Project T Insider Program Might Get You Into A Playtest Session

August 30, 2024 by Dennis Patrick

Players are asked to join the insider program.

Dead by Daylight fans have been enjoying this game for years now. Since its debut in 2016, the developers over at Behaviour Interactive have continued to work on the title. We’ve received new updates that added a plethora of maps and special character crossovers from countless horror-focused IPs. However, it wasn’t too long ago that Behaviour Interactive unveiled that they are actually opening up the franchise in a far bigger way.

The folks over at Behaviour Interactive have been working with other development studios to bring out video games tied to this IP. For instance, we have the upcoming interactive drama from Supermassive Games, The Casting of Frank Stone. We even interviewed the team behind the project if you want to learn more about this title. That said, this wasn’t the only game being developed that would have ties to the Behavior Interactive IP.

Currently under development, Project T is a four-person co-op shooter set in the world of Dead by Daylight.

While Supermassive Games isn’t involved with this one, Project T is another spin-off title from the iconic survival horror multiplayer Dead by Daylight game. We know that Midwinter Entertainment is working on this game, and it’s set to be a cooperative shooter experience. So this is by far a big step in a different direction for the beloved IP, much like Supermassive Games’ The Casting of Frank Stone.

Behaviour Interactive has taken to the internet to unveil some small details about the game, but don’t expect too much to be unveiled here. We know this is a cooperative PVE shooter with up to four players. We also know that there is an Insider Program going on right now. That would allow players to play this game through a series of playtests.

If you’re at all interested in this title, you can have a say in how the game development progresses. All players have to do is join the program and wait for new exclusive insights and playtests to pop up. If you haven’t been keeping tabs on this game, you can view the first look at Project T in the video we have embedded below.
