Roblox Is Doing A New Unique Collab With Walmart

The coolest thing has recently been put onto Roblox and it is something that every player who enjoys the game will want to get their hands on. Walmart Discover is a world/game that players can jump into and actually buy items through, which is something really neat when players join with a shopping cart and can buy their character a item.

However, although the Walmart Discover game only lets players purchase in-game items using robux to make their purchases while looking around this virtual store. But, it gets even better now. Childern that are over the age of 13 and that live in the US can go to a brand new section of the game that allows players to purchase items that are delivered straight to your house. It works much like the Walmart website itself according to VGC.

Players will find some virtual items that look just like ones sold at Walmart and they can purchase both the virtual ad physical items. The way it will work is players can provide their name, address, and credit card information through Roblox.

One of the Walmart directors spoke about how it works and that it is “very safe.” They also said “That’s all powered by a Walmart API that handles all of the information super securely.

He added: “Once you hit checkout, you’ll get your confirmation email from Walmart. All of that is handled by us on the back end, the user will then get their item in the mail, but the virtual twin is granted immediately back on Roblox.”
