Two new Rainbow Six Siege characters were announced for the second major update to the game. This upcoming DLC will focus on US Navy SEALs and American based interests.
The first of these characters, Valkyrie, is more of a defensive operator. They’ll have access to deployable sticky cameras. The offensive operator, Balckbeard, will come equipped with a rifle and shield.

More information will come out during the PC Rainbow Six Pro League finals on May 7th, and Season Pass holders will have access to the new operators starting the week of May 9th. Presumably, this new update will include new maps and cosmetic items to go along with it.
The initial date for Season Two of these operations was planned to be in April 2016, but as you can see we’ve been pushed back from that initial window. It’s safe to assume that Season Three and Four will be bumped back to the start of August and the start of November 2016, based on this.
The Rainbow Six Pro League also announced Season Two of their Pro League last week. May 30th for Xbox One, and June 2nd for PC players – they’ll duke it out for a chance at a share of $150,000.
