Guerrilla Games’ Horizon: Zero Dawn stole the show for many at E3 last year, myself included, and the 2016 release date was just the cherry on top. However now it seems trusted insider Shinobi602 has revealed that the game will be pushed back. When will we see it? We’re not entirely sure. Shinobi602 states that he’s been told early 2017, but take every rumour like this with a grain of salt.
Well…Horizon: Zero Dawn's getting delayed to early 2017 from what I'm told.
Going to look splendid on PS4k though.

In his tweet Shinobi mentions PlayStation 4k, now better known as PlayStation Neo. He says the game is “going to look spendid” on the upgraded hardware. Just yesterday we reported that PlayStation 4k is NOT going to have exclusive games, but instead is going to give developers the chance to push their games even further. You can read about that here.
So how can we trust Shinobi? For one, he’s been right before, a lot of times. In our case he had information on the art design, setting and game specifics for Horizon: Zero Dawn before it was even announced. Since the announcement Shinobi has received backlash about the statement he made in regards to the PlayStation 4k. He took to NeoGAF to explain.
“Yikes, I suppose I’ll chime in since that was taken way farther than I thought. Honestly it was just a general comment, obviously the whole point of the 4k is better looking games, that’s all I meant. It was never meant as a “It’ll run like ass on the PS4” chide. This is Guerrilla we’re talking about. Vast majority of this game’s development has been on the PS4. They’ve always done well in the performance department. I don’t think there’s a reason to fear for anything. “
For more on PlayStation 4k and Horizon: Zero Dawn I guess you should probably stay right here… and never leave…
