Alan Wake fans have been enjoying the sequel installment of the franchise. However, it finally looks like we will see this iconic character come into play for the Dead By Daylight game. Fans have pleaded for the addition of this character, so it’s likely a more than welcomed surprise and fresh start for the game this 2024 calendar year. However, we only have a teaser right now, so that means if you want more information, you’ll have to sit tight.
The bright side is that you won’t have to wait around too long before more information emerges online. Right now, the teaser that came out on the official Dead by Daylight X social media account is a small teaser video of a flashlight. That immediately has fans expecting the Alan Wake survivor to be added to the game. Fortunately, the wait for information will end tomorrow, as on January 9, 2024, the developers will share more details about what’s coming to the game.
Again, Alan Wake has been a fan-favorite character since he first hit the marketplace. Fans have requested his appearance in Dead by Daylight for quite some time now. There have been petitions to even fan-made trailers of what a crossover for this Alan Wake IP could potentially look like. Now that we have an official reveal inbound, we can soon learn about the finer details of what Alan Wake will bring into the game.
Then there’s always the possibility of seeing someone else appearing instead of Alan Wake. But with Alan Wake 2 released just a few months back, it would be surprising not to see this franchise finally make the crossover. With that said, if you’re just getting into Dead by Daylight, then you’re in luck. Some of the past DLCs have now been made into packs, so you can pick up several of these DLCs in one go. That change-up was unveiled last month and is now available today.
Meanwhile, Dead by Daylight is a survival horror multiplayer game for those who may not be as familiar with this game. The game sets players up in a one-versus-four scenario. Players are either survivors who must complete a series of objectives to escape the map or killers who must find and take out the survivors. One reason players keep returning to the game is because of all the crossover franchises. We’ve seen horror movies, shows, and video games crossover into Dead by Daylight. Tomorrow, we’ll look at what official crossover is coming our way next.
