Half-Life by the development studio Valve is pretty massive video game franchise, one you wouldn’t normally think we would find new information about years later. However that seems to be the case as new concept images that were never seen online before has been scanned and posted for gamers everywhere to see.
The images came from Half-Life 2: Raising the Bar, a novel that covers the Half-Life series. With hundreds of pages going over the finer details of the video game franchise and behind the scenes during the development, gamers got a glimpse of some never before seen images from Half-Life 2. Although, when the book published, a total of one hundred pages were scrapped, never to be seen by the general public until today.
One eBay listing, which was already purchased, contained the full book as an uncorrected proof. Within this book, one reader was in possession of concept art for the video game that was previously never been released to the general public. We’re luckily enough that the new owner has scanned some of the images to share with gamers around the world.
Unfortunately, not all of the images were scanned and posted online. So far there is only a handful of those pages available, but it’s noted that the owner does plan on scanning all one hundred pages and post them online. For now, take a look at the concept images down below.
