Dark Souls III is set to release later this month and in order to help promote the game, Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a brand new video to showcase actors and comedians TJ Miller and Kumail Nanjiani, playing the Dark Souls III. Both stars joke their way through to the first boss where plenty of deaths occur.
Staying true to the Souls series, Dark Souls III is a massive challenge, one that TJ Miller and Kumail Nanjiani experienced first hand. However, we recently reported on one gamer setting the speedrun record incredibly high in just short of two hours. This was a gamer in Japan where the FromSoftware developed game has already released.
The upcoming Dark Souls III video game release has been a hot subject as of late. There’s been a short film by Eli Roth, director of such films as Hostel and The Green Inferno along with Man At Arms forging the Greatsword of Artorias.
While gamers outside of Japan have been itching to get a copy of the game, Bandai Namco Entertainment did warn those early adopters who imported the title about potential issues. For those who import the game they risk running into several problems which will only be fixed by the day one patch once the international version of the game releases.
Overall, the Dark Souls III video game has received an overwhelmingly positive response. Take a look at our review roundup of the game which features scores from such video game news outlets as IGN, PC Gamer, Destructoid, Polygon, and more.
