Starfield is one of the most anticipated video game titles launching this year. Fans of RPGs who are either playing on Xbox Series X/S or the PC platform will get to dive into Bethesda’s next big RPG release soon. September is going to be a big month for gamers, and while we have been getting new and exciting marketing materials for Starfield, a live-action teaser is a first for the IP. Today during Gamescom ONL, the event was opened up with another look into the highly anticipated video game release. However, it’s a trailer to hype the game up with live actors. If you missed out on the event, don’t worry. You can view the full live-action trailer in the video embedded below.
This event was trying to kick things off with a big title. Starfield will hopefully bring in quite a bit of fun and enjoyment when it launches next month. But what better way to help showcase more about this game than Todd Howard? The director behind Starfield, Todd, offered just a brief little insight into what to expect for those attending this year’s Gamescom event. We know that Microsoft’s Xbox booth has a theater section where you’ll get the first look into the game’s opening moments. However, don’t expect too much more than that, as the game is nearly here.
If you haven’t been paying too much attention at Starfield, this is a game set in the distant future. Humanity has expanded beyond Earth, and in this great unknown, there are plenty of areas yet to be explored. That’s where you step in as another great explorer. You’ll venture into the outermost reach with planets to reach, characters to meet, quests to take on, and even hard choices to make. Of course, being a Bethesda game, you can take on a wide range of quests, so it should be interesting to see just how some of these quests might overlap during your grand adventures.
Again, Starfield is nearly here. We know the game will be launching on September 6, 2023. When this title does launch into the marketplace, you’ll find it available for the PC and Xbox Series X/S platforms. However, since this is also a first-party video game title released under Microsoft, you’ll find Starfield to also be available on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. Meanwhile, since this game is finding its way out into the public already, you might want to be cautious of different spoilers and leaks online.
