Win A Gold Buggy In The First Dying Light Community Event

March 17, 2016 by Dennis Patrick

New Dying Light community event has players flattening zombies with buggies.

Dying Light has a community event rolling out this weekend in which players are tasked with the goal of collectively running over five million zombies with their in-game buggy. The incentive in this zombie killing fest is a special exclusive gold buggy paint job to use within the game, but only if players are able to reach their set goal.

During this weekend starting on March 19, 2016, through March 20, 2016, gamers currently playing Dying Light: The Following are given the task of working together in order to flatten five million zombies through the use of their in-game buggies. If the community manages to work together and accomplish the goal, those who participate will receive a custom gold paint job for their buggy.

As for the buggies currently available for gamers, they have been tweaked just a bit to give players a little more power when smashing away zombies according to producer Tymon Smektala.

We’ve also added a little something extra to max out the carnage. We’re giving the buggy some extra hitting power during the event, so smashing zombies will be even more fun. Make sure to give it a try!

Additionally, those who participate in the community event will also receive a special weapon docket. This weapon docket will be given out to players regardless if the community is able to kill five million zombies with their buggies. Gamers can even keep track of how many zombies are left before they reach their goal right here, but for now, the link will showcase a countdown revealing when the community event begins.
