February is going to have multiple big titles arriving on the Nintendo Switch. If you’re looking for a 1st-party fare to have fun in, check out Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe. The port of the beloved Wii game will let you take on a new challenge as Kirby and his allies. When the being known as Magolor crash lands on Pop Star and their ship has been broken into pieces, it’s up to Kirby and friends to retrieve every piece so they can be on their way! But what fun would a game with Kirby be if that was all there was to do?
Because as you likely recall, many titles with Kirby have mini-games or “subgames” that allow players to take their minds off the main quest and attempt to have more fun with friends. To that end, a new trailer for Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe has arrived, and with it comes the introduction to “Merry Magoland.” Manager Magolor heads up the theme park and invites you and your friends to partake in a series of mini-games to see who can be the best at them!
There will be plenty of variety for you to choose from. Eight games from past titles will be in the theme park alongside two brand-new ones. Plus, there are special modes you can choose to keep things random. Such as having Manager Magolor be your “tour guide” and picking four mini-games to try out in a row.
But what have you to gain by doing all this? Aside from having fun, you’ll be able to collect stamps throughout your time in the park and in its games, and through them, you can unlock special masks that you can wear! Besides, who wouldn’t want to have fun with Kirby and friends in a park like this? So it’s basically begging you to get inside and try it!

“Merry Magoland” isn’t the only addition to the title. In addition, there will be new copy abilities and powers for Kirby and his allies to use, including the “Mecha Copy Ability.” There are also rumors that the game will have an epilogue story involving Magolor, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Either way, between the 4-person co-op, the numerous abilities to use, and the theme park that awaits you, you’ll have a fun time in the title when it comes to Nintendo Switch on February 24th.
