For the third year in a row, Microsoft will be holding their Xbox Live Arcade House Party promotion, showcasing high-profile exclusives in a month-long event.
This year's lineup features some big names, including Alan Wake's American Nightmare and Ubisoft's long-awaited survival action title, I Am Alive. Joining them are two less well known games, EA's Warp and THQ's Nexuiz. Warp, developed by indie studio Trapdoor, is a sci-fi stealth-action- game with a top-down perspective. Nexuiz, for its part, is a commercial remake of a popular free-to-play multiplayer FPS, with a unique pickup system that allows players to alter the physics of a match on the fly.
Microsoft has also released a trailer of the event, which you can catch above. The promo features footage of all four games, alongside shots of people more beautiful than you dancing in an apartment that's way nicer than yours. In other words, it's a pretty accurate recreation of every house party you've ever been to.
There's no word on when the party will be kicking off, though past history indicates the promotion will take place in late February, with a new game premiering every week.
