Gearbox Looking for Borderlands’ Lilith-alike

November 29, 2011 by Mat Growcott

Are you a girl? More importantly, do you look like Lilith from Borderlands? Contact Gearbox, they have a mission you may just find irresistible.

Gearbox, developer behind the hugely popular Borderlands, is offering YOU a job. Well, depending who you are, that is. If you look like the picture above you could earn yourself a minimum of $1000 a day performing as the live action version of Lilith in Borderlands 2. That could soon add up, especially considering there is the option for you to perform at trade shows and the like as well.

Naturally, there is going to be a great deal of competition, especially since you can apply both online and at an open casting call in Dallas.

Getting involved is simple; firstly you have to be female. At this point, sex change operations are probably not an option; you have only till December 3rd, so unless you know somebody with a meat cleaver who will do it on the cheap, probably best to give up on your dreams of being Lilith. You need to be able to get to Dallas for the first three weeks of December for testing and shooting, transport will not be provided. You must also be able to follow direction and display emotion successfully, prior experience is not necessary.

The best thing is that you may not even have to look all that much like Lilith: "In the Borderlands universe, a Siren can project a live-action image of herself into the minds of those she wishes to communicate with. Your look need not be exact, but expressive of Lilith in the mind’s eye."

And there you have it. For more information, hit up the casting call. Good luck!
