A bar in the UK has launched what it says is the world’s first pee-controlled video games for pubs. Seriously.
The Exhibit pub in Balham has installed urinals with special sensors and screens, allowing you to play a game with your… uh… pee. While the games may be a first for the UK, the systems have been previously installed in subway systems in – you guessed it – Japan.
"We're always looking for innovative ways to differentiate ourselves from the London competition," Drew Weatherhead, owner of The Exhibit, told LondonNet. "[These] units will give us a big edge when it comes to driving new promotions and attracting and retaining new customers."
While Team Fortress 2 and Uncharted aren’t exactly available for the system, known as a ‘Toylet’ (although it would only seem appropriate to port Duke Nukem: Forever over,) it boasts it’s own original games a little more suited to the unique brand of water sports. They include ‘Splashing Battle’, ‘Manneken Pis’, named after the Brussels statue, and ‘The North Wind and the Sun and Me’, in which the harder you pee, the more wind blows up a Marylin Monroe look-a-like’s skirt.
There are so many jokes that can be made about the Wii here that we'll leave it to you.
