Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D Gets Release Date

November 23, 2011 by Elizabeth DeLoria

Hideo Kojima has finally set a release date for Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D.

Hideo Kojima has finally set a release date for Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D.

Remember when Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D was supposed to come out December this year, and we all got really excited? Then, Hideo Kojima said at Tokyo Game Show that it would be released in early 2012 and we all got a little bit sad?

Kotaku has reported that Kojima has finally given us a date, and we can look forward to getting our grubby hands on the game March 8, 2012.

While Kojima didn’t mention if the release will be a Japan or worldwide one, it’s nice to finally settle down and commit to a date that we can mark on our calenders.

That being said, however, be prepared to have it snatched from your arms once more should the game be further delayed – which could happen if reports of the apparently ‘disappointing’ quality of the game are anything to go by.
