The Activision-owned studio, Beenox, creators of "Spider-Man: Shattered Dimension" and "Spider-Man: Edge of Time", have released their first concept art for their next project, "The Amazing Spider-Man", via Twitter.

The game will be based on the upcoming film, which is directed by Marc Webb, and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field. It will hits theaters on July 3, 2012. The below concept art likely gives us an idea of what we can expect on the big screen as well.

Doug Header, a producer at Activision, stated that the game itself will take place after the events of the movie.
