EA and DICE have relaesed a new trailer showcasing gameplay from Battlefield 3's upcoming Back to Karkand DLC pack.
The video is a brief runthrough of some of the new content Back to Karkand will be bringing to the table. You can catch a quick glimpse of some of the returning maps, weapons, and vehicles, as well as a few exploding buildings thrown in for good measure. Hey, wouldn't be a Battlefield 3 trailer without them!
Back to Karkand adds four classic Battlefield 2 maps — Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman, Sharif Penninsula, and Wake Island — rebuilt and remastered for the Frostbite 2 engine, complete with environmental destruction. In addition, the DLC pack brings 10 new weapons, 3 new vehicles, and an extended persistance system built around completing secondary objectives during a match.
Back to Karkand will release sometime in December . The DLC pack will be free for anyone who pre-ordered the full game and $15 dollars for those that didn't.
