Ni no Kuni has been making the rounds for quite sometime ever since it was first announced a few years back. Developed by Level-5 with the art production of Studio Ghibli, Ni no Kuni promises to deliver top-notch RPG action with what may well be some of the finest artwork to ever grace a videogame.
A new full length trailer, or PV, of Ni no Kuni, depicts a portion of the game's storyline, with plenty of actual gameplay interspersed. We'll get to see what the overland map, city exploration, flight, and sailing looks like for the very first time. Additionally, the trailer shows off a number of Ni no Kuni's minigames. Also shown within the trailer is its built-in encyclopedia, inventory and character screens, and crafting system.
We see glimpses of the game's large cast of characters—including both villains and allies.
Last, but not least, is a segment containing the game's real-time combat which somewhat resembles a cross between Final Fantasy XII and Tales of Vesperia.
Ni no Kuni will be released in the United States and in Europe (and elsewhere internationally) as Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch on the PlayStation 3.
