The Division Beta Has Just Gone Live

January 28, 2016 by Ian Miles Cheong

You can now play The Division. The beta is live.

Ubisoft has launched the beta for The Division today on Xbox One. PC and PS4 gamers will be able to play it tomorrow on the 29th.

The closed multiplayer beta is available to anyone who pre-orders the game and runs from now until January 31st. There are multiple ways to get into the beta–you can sign up for giveaways on streamers' channels or find "grey market" solutions, but the best and most surefire way to get in is to pre-order the game.

In addition to the beta launch, Ubisoft is running a speical livestream to showcase the developers as they play the game from now until the end of the test. You can watch it above or head to the Twitch channel.

Keep in mind that this is a real beta, so there are a number of issues relating to the game's performance and bugs that have yet to be fixed, so don't expect the game to be flawless.

The Division comes out on March 8 for PC, Xbox One and PS4. Where will you be getting it?
