Borderlands is a series best known for its cel-shaded and comic book aesthetics. If you ever wanted Fallout 4 to look anything like it, there’s a new mod that does just that for the game.
This new Fallout 4 modification requires some adds black outlines around characters and other objects in the game, giving it that distinct cel-shaded look that Borderlands features. You can see the results in the screenshots above and below.
If you want to apply the mod and experience it for yourself, simply follow the following instructions by Reddit_is_wrong, who published it on r/gaming.

For cartoon settings I have this set:
>#define CartoonPower 10.0
>#define CartoonEdgeSlope 1.0I’m also using these:
Darker Nights
Fr4nssons Light Tweak
Fallout 4 Enhanced Color Correction
and a bunch of texture mods.
Using the mod will affect how text looks, so be sure to setting your HUD so it’s 100% red for legibility.
