Traaaain traaain (woo! woo!) I have played almost 300 hundred hours of Fallout 4. In that time I have developed an eyelid twitch response to the repetition of the tunes on Diamond City, especially “Train Train”, one of the songs written and performed by Magnolia (and voiced by the multi-talented Lynda Carter). It doesn’t even make sense! Am I to believe that song was written by a woman who would have never ridden or see a working train in her life? Yes, I know she works at The Third Rail, it still doesn’t make sense.
At any rate, my hate for the song is reduced by about 500% with this hilarious music video. It features the Thomas the Tank Engine mod found over at the Nexus Forums, and replaces Vertibirds, Deathclaws, and Liberty Prime with the titular cartoon train to flawless comedic effect, all set to Train Train. Because, as the mod author says, “Why not? God is dead after all.”
