Nintendo has officially announced a Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase for tomorrow, June 28 at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST. The presentation will last for roughly 25 minutes and focus on upcoming third-party Nintendo Switch games. With that in mind, don’t expect any huge announcements for Nintendo exclusives, such as the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
The last major Nintendo Direct took place in February, where Nintendo revealed Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and provided updates on then-upcoming and future Nintendo Switch titles. Last week, Nintendo also did a smaller direct for the previously mentioned Xenoblade Chronicles 3, revealing more information about the game’s story, characters, world, and gameplay mechanics.
Although this might not be the Nintendo Direct that some of you wanted, it’s safe to say that you might receive a few surprise announcements. At the moment, Nintendo fans are currently demanding ports of the Persona series on Switch following the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, as Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal were confirmed for Xbox and PC. As this is a third-party-focused presentation, there’s every possibility that these highly anticipated ports will be announced during the live broadcast.
You can tune into the Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase tomorrow at 6 AM PT / 9 AM / 2PM BST.
