Are you ready to reenter the world of the Assassin’s Creed games? Ubisoft has registered the domain Assassin’s Creed Collection.
There is not that much more detail available on the listing, save that they filed for the domain just a few days ago and there is no working website on it yet.
Since 2007, Assassin’s Creed has received nine games on the main timeline, aside from spinoffs and unique ports, companion apps, and coming up soon, movies. Whatever Assassin’s Creed Collection is, it will be building upon the momentum of the series as a whole.
Knowing Ubisoft, this collection could be any number of things. While the most probable guess is a new remastered collection for eight generation consoles, I would not put it above Ubisoft, for example, to make a new PC only collection running on Uplay. Perhaps it could even be an MMO based on existing Assassin’s Creed universes.
