Destiny Servers Will be Temporarily Offline Today

Bungie has announced that the Destiny servers on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One will be going offline today for a period of four hours.

The servers will be shutting down for scheduled maintenance and will be expected to be online in the allotted time barring any unforeseen events. 

Starting 9am PT, players won't be able to log in. If you're already logged in, you'll be given about an hour to finish up what you're doing. If you're still logged in by 10am PT, you will be kicked off.

The servers will be back up at 1pm PT and may also affect the companion app, so don't panic if you can't access your inventory through your phone.
