Grand Theft Auto Online Introduces Gridiron With Cars; Running Back

November 25, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

This new Adversary Mode might make one wonder why Rockstar won’t let gamers play regular gridiron.

Rockstar has added a funky new mode for Grand Theft Auto Online’s Adversary Mode.

Running Back is gridiron football, but using smaller cars. There are two teams, requiring between four to eight players.  One player, the Runner, takes a Benefactor Panto. The Runner needs to cross the end zone at the opposite side of the highway.

In the meantime, the Runner’s teammates, and the opposing team, are in BF Biftas, and they also have singular goals; to block, smash, and hit each other to help or stop the Runner.

Running Back can be played at Raton Canyon Bridge, La Mesa Bridge and Zancudo Tunnel. It does not look like you get to pack heat for this game, but maybe Rockstar’s saving to reveal that for later.
