Hideki Kamiya Makes New Twitter Surveys For Sequels And Spinoffs

How much of a Hideki Kamiya fan are you? He may be asking at a very early point right now, but Kamiya wants to actually know.

And so, Kamiya’s put out two new surveys for sequels to his older games, just two weeks after some smaller Twitter surveys when you could only put out two choices.

So, for the first survey, he asked if fans wanted a sequel to:

·         Devil May Cry

·         Viewtiful Joe

·         Okami

·         Bayonetta

On his second one, Kamiya asked what spinoff game he would like to see:

·         Sparda (Devil May Cry)

·         Trish (Devil May Cry)

·         Jeanne (Bayonetta)

·         Wonder Blue (The Wonderful 101)

Kamiya was directly involved in all of these games, as writer, director, or both. He did both for The Wonderful 101 andBayonetta. While Kamiya has indicated an unwillingness to make sequels in the past, he may have had a change of heart after being influenced by fans online.

In between that potential next game and now, of course, Kamiya is working as director on Scalebound. The Xbox One exclusive will be releasing in late 2016.
