The EA Star Wars and PlayStation support accounts have been addressing nonstop inquiries regarding the issues on their Twitter accounts here and here. EA Star Wars does not seem to be addressing Xbox or Windows users at the moment, so the issue may be exclusive to the PlayStation 4.
There is no single solution, but there are not too many to try out, either. Here’s what you can do:
If you are having issues starting the game, you want to restore your licenses. To do this, Go to [Settings] > [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] and select [Restore License]. If that doesn’t work, make sure you have completely turned off your console before a full reboot.
EA has set aside several specific ports for fans. This is a bit more advanced, but if you’re willing to give it a chance, you can get instructions on port forwarding and learn the designated ports here.
You can open a ticket and contact an Advisor for live assistance on EA’s support site. I’ve designated PlayStation 4 owners of the game, so you can move forward to sharing your complaint here.
Finally, you can report bugs and other issues, and check on how other players are faring, on EA’s forums here.
