Rainbow Six Siege Went Gold, So Meet The Spetsnaz

October 30, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

Ubisoft’s next trailer reveals terrorists wished the Cold War was still on.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege has gone gold. To celebrate, Ubisoft has a new trailer out detailing each member of the Spetsnaz.

Glaz, Tachanka, Kapkan and Fuze each have a specified role to play in the unit, but everyone comes in packing deadly weapons, and they know how to use it. As this trailer says, they know the biggest honor is personal sacrifice.

Tachanka uses a mountable RP-46 machine gun that’s proven its toughness through the ages. Glaz is the rifleman, sporting an HDS Flip Sight. Kapkan lugs around a bespoke explosive device that can incapacitate anyone passing through a door or trap. Finally, Fuze is the lethal point man, augmenting his pistols with cluster charges that can shoot out mini grenades in different directions. It’s good enough to strike down targets a floor below.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege will be released on December 1, 2015 for the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
