Call of Duty Black Ops 3’s Steam listing has been updated with some interesting information. It now says it needs 60 GB hard drive space.
Treyarch revealed minimum specs for some time now, although recommended specs have yet to be revealed. As a quick review, you can read those recommended specs below:
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit / Windows 8.1 64-Bit
Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz / AMD Phenom™ II X4 810 @ 2.60 GHz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 470 @ 1GB / ATI® Radeon™ HD 6970 @ 1GB
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 60 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
For comparison’s sake, Black Ops 3 will need 55 GB on PlayStation 4, 44.9 GB on Xbox One, and only 17.8 GB on PlayStation 3. Of course, the PlayStation 3 version has a lot of cut content, so that if you didn’t have a top of the line PC, it would still be preferable to getting it on 7th generation consoles.
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 will be released on November 6, 2015, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Windows.
