Starting today, Ubisoft is rolling out a closed PC beta test for the upcoming expansion of The Crew. Entitled Wild Run, the add-on's test run will let the players have a chance to experience the game's new graphics, which include new weather and lighting effects, as well as test out four new vehicle types: dragsters, drift cars, monsters trucks, and motorcycles. The beta will last until October 19, and those wish to participate can still register over at the official site.
The Wild Run expansion launches on November 17 and will be available for digital purchase but also as a combination physical release called The Crew Wild Run Edition. The graphic overhaul being tested in beta will also be available to owners of the base game in an upcoming free update. The game, inititally released in December 2014, is on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
