According to the Pokemon Go website, the Pokemon Go Fest is intended to be a celebration of friendship and community. Everyone could use some friends, and along with this incredibly wholesome message, Niantic has revealed more information about the upcoming Pokemon Go Fest 2022 coming in early June.
Pokemon Go players will have the incredible chance to catch the Mythical Pokemon Shaymin during the event. Dubbed the ‘Gratitude Pokemon’ in the official canon, the Grass-type first appeared in Generation IV.
Players purchasing a ticket for the event will have added opportunities to catch rare and regional Pokemon. Tickets cost $14.99 and are available to buy now. These include access to event gameplay on both days of the event.
