Azure Striker Gunvolt Chaining From 3DS To Windows Via Steam

August 22, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

The Steam release is getting multiple new features.

Inti Creates has revealed that Azure Striker Gunvolt is coming to Steam for Windows.

The game is coming on August 28 for $ 14.99, and if you haven’t bought the game for 3DS yet, Inti Creates may have added enough in to make the Steam version the better choice.

First off, you still have the choice of playing with the two screens, and your choice of adjusting the size and position of both screens.

For European fans, the game is now bundled with support for eight languages, including Italian, French, Japanese, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and newly added Russian. You can also choose to play the game in Japanese, with Japanese voice acting and English subtitles throughout.

Gunvolt is also getting a new Speedrun mode, which lets you save and load progress at any point you play.

Of course, taking advantage of Steam’s unique features, it will have Steam trading cards and wallpapers.

Lastly, Inti Creates pledges support for the first six months, with new features to be added in each month. These features include but are not limited to:

·         Speedrun mode online leaderboards

·         Extra hard mode

·         Endless attack mode

If you get Azure Striker Gunvolt on Steam within the first month, you can get Mighty Gunvolt for Steam also for free. Of course, given the price, and the merits of portable play, you could choose to get the game on both Steam and 3DS.
