Destiny: Xur’s Location and Inventory August 21-22

August 21, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Not a Gjallarhorn in sight.

Xur has returned from his stool at a beachside cocktail bar in the Bahamas (or whatever it is he gets up to the rest of the time) to Destiny's Tower this weekend bringing a fresh batch of exotic armour and exotic machine gun.

Sadly, there's no Gjallarhorn this time if you missed it last week, though that weapon is set to be nerfed and left behind as a Year One weapon soon anyway. The Agent of the Nine does have the Thunderlord exotic machine gun however, and that is worth buying if you can afford it.

Xur can be found near the Vanguard mentors' table so make sure you have your strange coins and motes of light ready to trade. His inventory and the price of the items he's selling is listed below.

  • Eternal Warrior [Exotic Titan helmet] – 13SC
  • Mask of the Third Man [Exotic Hunter helmet] – 13SC
  • Starfire Protocol [Exotic Warlock chest armour] – 13SC
  • Thunderlord [Exotic machine gun] – 17SC
  • Exotic Shard – 7SC
  • Exotic Engram [Chest armour] – 23MoL

Yesterday, Bungie revealed the rewards Year One players can expect when they get their hands on The Taken King expansion next month.
