The game may be a year old, but Battlefield 4 is set to expand even further with the release of a new DLC titled Night Operations. It wasn't a part of the original DLC plan, but DICE is still making content for the popular game.
Today, DICE released a new cinematic trailer for the DLC.
Expected for release this September, Night Operations will be entirely free for every Battlefield 4 owner and adds a bunch of new content to the game, including a revamped map, Zavod: Graveyard Shift. The map is set to support Conquest, Rush, TDM, Obliteration, Domination and Gun Master with special nighttime presets.
Additionally, the update will add some improvements for nighttime play, including improved sounds and spotting. Finally, the patch will add a new public server team balancer so games won't be so unevenly matched all the time.
The DLC will be out on all platforms for the game.
