Treyarch has revealed the eSports features for Call of Duty Black Ops 3, along with a spectacular new trailer.
The trailer shows soldiers of all genders, sizes, shapes, and skillsets, but in a certain sense, it doesn’t matter who you are or what you got. You can be dead on the pavement as soon as you get that last big kill, so live fast and die hard is what Treyarch seems to tell you.
Treyarch was at Gamescom at ESL, as they revealed these features:
· Arena: Next-level League Play, offering ranked, competitive play
· Bans & Protects: Creates a meta-game around selection of content
· Specialist Draft: A pre-match selection process
· CODcaster Mode: Updated features include the new Quick Settings and player loadout widget, and return of fan favorites, X-Ray mode, Listen-In, and Full-Screen view
· Game Modes: Uplink is in, along with perennial favorites like S&D, CTF and Hardpoint make their return
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 will be released on Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 6, 2015.
