Halo 5: Guardians has a brand new multiplayer trailer, which was shown during Microsoft's gamescom press conference today.
The trailer looked at both the 24-player Warzone battles and the 4-vs-4 player competitive combat in Arena.
Halo 5: Guardians will also mark the launch of the first ever Halo World Championship this winter, which offers a $1 million prize pool. Details on the Championship are available on the Xbox Wire.
Microsoft also announced today that Halo Wars 2 is in development for Xbox One and PC. That game will be released in autumn 2016 and is being created by Total War maker The Creative Assembly.
Halo 5 launches for Xbox One on October 27th.
