Rocksteady has released a new patch for Batman: Arkham Knight on the consoles and it's pretty big.
Weighing in at 4.3 GB, the patch adds an all new Photo Mode feature to the game that allows gamers to take photos of Batman, his companions, the people he beats up, and all the pretty environments in which the action takes place—and then edit and share them with other people over the internet.
The game is the latest title to feature Photo Mode, which was previously offered in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, The Last of Us and Infamous: Second Son.
In addition to Photo Mode, the patch adds support for the game's upcoming DLC, which is set for release this month, and the following features:
- New Feature: Force Original Voice Cast option for non-English Territories
- Support for August additional content
- Updates for WBPlay and Downloadable content
- General gameplay, graphical, audio, UI, and localization fixes
The patch can be downloaded on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One right now. Updates for the PC version of the game remain in development, so PC gamers will have to wait a while longer to get access to the new content. That particular version of the game is set to receive an "interim" patch this month.
