July 28, 2015 by Stephen Daly

How to Survive will also be available from mid-month.

Microsoft has announced the games which will be offered to Xbox Live Gold subscribers in August as part of the Games with Gold program.

Xbox One players will be able to download Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes throughout the next month and How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition from August 16th until September 15th.

Those with an Xbox 360 can download the atmospheric shooter Metro 2033 from August 1st to 15th and its sequel Metro Last Light from August 16th to 31st.

Now is a great time to Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes if you haven't already done so, as Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is set for release on September 1st.

You still have time to pick up July's Games with Gold titles of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, So Many Me, and Gears of War 3.
