Ubisoft released an animated short for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Syndicate today.
The short is directed by F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton) and illustrated by Pop Mhan. It tells the story of the game’s protagonists, Jacob and Evie Frye, along with their posse, The Rooks. It sets up the game’s premise of taking down the rich and giving to the poor during the Industrial Revolution in London, England.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will be released on October 23, 2015 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but will release at a later date on PC. If you’re at San Diego Comic Con right now, you can check it out.
