Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Zombies The Giant Trailer Leaked, Huge Zombies Spoilers

July 10, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

Treyarch has been holding onto this trailer for the best time to reveal it, with good reason.

Did you enjoy yesterday’s Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Zombies trailer? It turns out Treyarch has been holding out, and they have an even better trailer that just got leaked. Introducing The Giant.

The Giant trailer has been shared to the public in conventions, as you can see in this handcam spoiler, but Treyarch has still held back in putting it up on YouTube for scrutiny. Obviously, this isn’t due to a lack of confidence in the trailer, but Treyarch waiting for the best time to share it. The trailer also shares huge and unexpected spoilers on the Zombies storyline.

Those spoilers follow below.

The video starts in an unnamed facility, with Doc Maxis’ first radio transmissions playing in the background. And then, the clock stops at 2:15, possibly a crucial story element that will be explained more later.

Then we get to the proper start of the action. The original three; Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, and Takeo Masaki drop in on Richtofen. Richtofen mocks them with the words “Do you know who I am here?” Interestingly, they say they do, and tell him to follow their orders. Takeo alludes to a chain of events that must be avoided, as Tank and Nikolai move to wake a group of test subjects (the original three were themselves assembled to be test subjects).

Zombies start showing up, as the original three tell Richtofen to stop his plans, warning him of a greater evil.  Of course, he doesn’t listen, and that’s when shit really starts to get down.

Richtofen activates the teleporter to transport – a younger version of himself, from the very first Nazi Zombies. This younger Richtofen proceeds to shoot his older self in the head as the screen fades to black.

Crazy right? And it doesn't seem to have anything to do with yesterday's trailer. If reading this made your jaw drop, you can watch the video, and commentary on it, above. In case Treyarch takes it down, you can watch for links here.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be available on November 6, 2015 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
