LEGO Dimensions Features Every Doctor Who

July 9, 2015 by Stephen Daly

But only Peter Capaldi has done voice work for the game.

Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for LEGO Dimensions, this time focusing on the BBC's Time Lord, Doctor Who.

Players who purchase the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack will be able to play as every Doctor in the show's long history, but only 12th and current Doctor actor Peter Capaldi has actually lent his voice to the game.

Jenna Louise Coleman, who plays assistant Clara Oswald, and Michelle Gomez, who plays Time Lady villain Missy, have also voiced their respective characters in Dimensions.

The new trailer brings the Doctor together with Batman, Gandalf, and Wildstyle as the TARDIS travels through Gotham City and Hill Valley, while the Doctor and Homer Simpson take on Aperture Science. At one point, the Doctor rides a through a haunted mine with Scooby and Shaggy.

When the 12th Doctor is defeated, he's brought back as the 1st Doctor and must then regenerate to once more become the 12th Doctor.

Every Doctor has had a different TARDIS interior, and the game will reflect the current Doctor you're playing as. You'll also have the option to choose manually.

Purchasing the Doctor Who Level Pack unlocks an additional mission-based Doctor Who level, in addition to a LEGO 12th Doctor minifigure and LEGO models of the TARDIS and K-9, all of which are playable in the game. If that's not enough for you, a Doctor Who Fun Pack, including a Cyberman minifigure and Dalek model, will also be available.

LEGO Dimensions launches on September 27th in North America and September 29th in Europe for PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
