The 28th annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards took place yesterday evening and fan favorites such as Squid Game, Ted Lasso, and CODA all won big. Netflix’s Squid Game was honored with the most wins of the night, taking home the prize in the categories of Oustanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama, Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series, Oustanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series, and Oustanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series. The Korean drama took the world by storm when it was first released in September 2021, it makes sense that it would take home so many wins.
