Rockstar plans to celebrate Independence Day early in Grand Theft Auto 5, with a 'weekend' of double RP and double GTA$ from today through July 6th.
Double RP will be available for all jobs played over the weekend, while a special Independence Day Playlist will net you double cash and RP.
Stores in Los Santos have also stocked up for the occasion, with special themed gear available for 25% off. The fireworks launcher, red,white, and blue clothing, Liberator monster truck, and Sovereign motorbike are all included in the sale.
Those looking to spend their GTA$ on the Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 DLC – which launches on July 8th – would do well to take advantage of the double cash available this weekend.
