According to a known leaker on Twitter, we’ll be getting five new Xbox Game Pass games in the latter half of February to add to the already extremely expansive available library of games.
The games are: Total War: Warhammer III, Roboquest, Madden NFL 22, Super Mega Baseball 3 and Galactic Civilizations III. Total War: Warhammer III alone promises to be a massive game that redefines the series so far, so to get that in addition to four other games is a huge deal. While Total War: Warhammer III was already confirmed to be launching on the service at release a while back and thus isn’t a huge reveal, the rest of these games weren’t previously known. There’s something for everyone in this leak, with genres ranging from a strategy based RTS to a sports simulator.
This is in addition to the previously revealed batch of titles which included games like Contrast, Telling Lies, Crossfire, Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition, Infernax and more. If true, this only adds to the claim that Xbox Game Pass is one of the greatest deals in video games and will continue to be into the future. Of course, as usual, eyes fall on PlayStation and any potential Game Pass competitor they may have to see how they’ll react.
Xbox Game Pass was recently announced to have 25 million subscribers, a considerable increase on last years figure of 18 million. The service just keeps growing and has no signs of stopping, especially with huge releases such as Starfield coming to the service day one later this year, and currently unannounced games just waiting in the wings to be launched on the service.
Update: Xbox has now officially revealed the games coming to Xbox Game Pass later this month.
