GreenManGaming has made an incredible pledge for gamers who bought the PC version of Batman Arkham Knight: if the upcoming patch still won’t let their customers play, they will process refunds.
This seems to be a decision GreenManGaming has made on their own, so if you did decide to buy your copy through them, you can expect great support. In the meantime, they also reshared Warner Bros recommendations on getting the game running now.
Warner shared these recommended settings for minimum and recommended hardware specs. It should be noted that Warner is also working with Nvidia and AMD alike. They do not recommend that customers use either Nvidia GeForce Experience or AMD Gaming Evolved Optimization. However, you should get the latest applicable drivers for your respective graphics card.
